​Sign up for one or all 3 classes. No prior experience needed. Geared towards neurodivergent folks and caregivers but open to anyone who might benefit. Come learn about the ways that integrating herbal medicine can support emotional regulation, cognitive health and focus, sleep, and more.

Learn more about nervous system tonic herbs to help manage anxiety and stress. These plants can also help shift sensory thresholds for less overwhelm, supporting your nervous system long term.

SLEEP SUPPORT
APRIL 11

Sleep is a struggle for so many people - but can particularly be a challenge for many neurodivergent folks. Learn about plant medicine that can help you get to sleep, sleep through the night, and can also help with accessing rest during the day.

BRAIN HEALTH AND FOCUS

Did you know that there are plants that can help us with focus and executive functioning? Come learn about several plants that can support folks with ADHD and other attention struggles. Many of these plants are also helpful for brain health and are great to include in your routine long term.

Accessibility: There is a ramp that leads up to the building and no stairs to access class space or bathroom. Bathrooms are gender neutral. low scent but not scent free space. there will not be dogs in the space during the class but there are large therapy dogs (and their fur) in the space regularly.  


Classes taught by Jean Madrone Lynch-Thomason. Jean is a neurodivergent and disabled CLINICAL HERBALIST AND SOMATIC EXPERIEINCING PRACTITIONER who has been working with and teaching about plant medicine for 15 years.
