Herbal Mini Initial Intakes: $65-$120 Sliding Scale/45 minutes
Follow up herbal session for returning clients: 30 mins $75 / 60 mins $150 ($145 cash)
​Case Consultation: $150/60 mins. Sliding scale for folks doing community or sliding scale work

Limited sliding scale spots at $85 and $105 per 60 minute session, prioritized for BIPOC, disabled folks, and trans folks. Please ask beforehand if I have sliding scale spots available. ​

 TOUCHWORK + SAFE AND SOUND PROTOCOL

Need a nervous system reset? Touchwork can support deep regulation and trauma resolution. It is effective at easing stress and chronic illness symptoms. The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is designed to increase access to body and relational safety.  This package is for you if you are looking for somatically based support that leaves you feeling grounded in your body and more engaged with the world around you.

• Six 75 minute somatic therapy sessions incorporating SSP and Coregulating Touch
• Can be for individual adult or child or an adult + child together
• Can be delivered in a weekly, biweekly, or intensive format​

​ SOMATIC EXPERIENCING + HERBAL SUPPORT

Addressing symptoms through herbal medicine can help us feel safer in our bodies and increase the effectiveness of somatic therapy. Somatic Experiencing Therapy supports regulation, resilience, and healing from stress and trauma. Pairing these two modalities can be particularly effective for folks with trauma histories who are living with chronic pain or illness.

• 90-120 minute holistic clinical herbal intake (see following description)
